Μια ομάδα εθελοντών της Κεφαλονιάς βγήκαν στα ανοιχτά για να μαζέψουν τα πλαστικά απορρίμματα που πλέουν μεταξύ Κεφαλονιάς και Ιθάκης και καταλήγουν στις παραλίες του Ιονίου. Μη έχοντας επί τόπου τις αναγκαίες υποδομές για την ανακύκλωση των πλαστικών αυτών απορριμμάτων, και προκειμένου να ευαισθητοποιήσει τους κατοίκους και τους τουρίστες του νησιού ώστε να μη μετατραπεί η θάλασσα σε πλωτό σκουπιδότοπο, η Micheline Διβάρη – Lambert είχε την ιδέα να τα μετατρέψει σε έργα τέχνης. Une équipe de volontaires de l’ île ce Kefalonia a pris la mer pour récupérer les déchets plastiques qui dérivent entre Kefalonia et Ithaque et échouent sur les plages de la mer ionienne. A group of volunteers from Kefalonia took to the open sea between Kefalonia and Ithaca to gather up the plastic debris floating there, which ends up polluting the beaches of the Ionian Islands.
